Whenever I’m craving a stir fry, this Trader Joe’s Beef Bulgogi and Noodle Stir Fry is my super easy go-to! Most stir-fries require lots of prep time and chopping — not this one! There is hardly ANY prep involved and it’s ready in about 10 minutes!

This recipe takes a little help from Trader Joe’s pre-made freezer goodness, so you can have a super quick, flavorful stir-fry on your table in a matter of minutes! You get the slightly sweet flavor from the beef bulgogi, along with the yummy garlicky flavor from the cabbage! Divine!
Cook up the noodles (only 4 minutes!) while the cabbage and beef are warming up, and everything is ready in about 10 minutes, start to finish! I say in the recipe that the Crunchy Chili Onion is optional…but who are we kidding?! Pile in on!
Oh! And if you aren’t addicted to the squiggly noodles yet, you will be! They are soooooo good (and very longgggg). You’ve been warned.

Trader Joe’s Beef Bulgogi Noodle Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 3 packs of Trader Squiggly Noodles, spice packs discarded
- 1 16oz. package of Trader Joe's frozen beef bulgogi
- 1-2 8.8oz. packages of Trader Joe's garlicky cabbage found in the frozen section
- 2-3 tbsp Crunchy Chili Onion (optional)
- a little olive oil or cooking spray
- optional garnishes: sliced green onions, Maggi or soy sauce, sriracha sauce.
Instructions
- Cook: Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Add a little olive oil or cooking spray to the bottom of the pan. Add the beef bulgogi and the frozen garlicky cabbage. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the cabbage is thawed and everything is warmed through. Note: The cabbage should be cooked from frozen–don't worry it will thaw and break apart as it cooks 🙂
- Boil: While the beef and cabbage are heating, boil noodles (spices discarded) for 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Finish: Add the cooked noodles to the beef and cabbage. Toss well. Add a few big tablespoons of Crunchy Chili Onion and serve right away! I like finishing this dish with your choice of hot sauce, a little Maggi or soy sauce, and some sliced green onions.
