Trader Joe's Beef Bulgogi stir fry in a white bowl with chop sticks.

Trader Joe's Beef Bulgogi Noodle Stir Fry

Casey Rooney
Whenever I am craving a stir fry, Trader Joe's Beef Bulgogi and Noodle Stir Fry is my super easy go-to! Most stir-fries require lots of prep time and chopping -- not this one! There is hardly ANY prep involved and it's ready in about 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 3 packs of Trader Squiggly Noodles, spice packs discarded
  • 1 16oz. package of Trader Joe's frozen beef bulgogi
  • 1-2 8.8oz. packages of Trader Joe's garlicky cabbage found in the frozen section
  • 2-3 tbsp Crunchy Chili Onion (optional)
  • a little olive oil or cooking spray
  • optional garnishes: sliced green onions, Maggi or soy sauce, sriracha sauce.

Instructions

  • Cook: Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Add a little olive oil or cooking spray to the bottom of the pan. Add the beef bulgogi and the frozen garlicky cabbage. Cook for 6-8 minutes until the cabbage is thawed and everything is warmed through.
Note: The cabbage should be cooked from frozen--don't worry it will thaw and break apart as it cooks :)
  • Boil: While the beef and cabbage are heating, boil noodles (spices discarded) for 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Finish: Add the cooked noodles to the beef and cabbage. Toss well. Add a few big tablespoons of Crunchy Chili Onion and serve right away! I like finishing this dish with your choice of hot sauce, a little Maggi or soy sauce, and some sliced green onions.

Notes

Pro Tip: If there are any large pieces of cabbage, I like to just take my kitchen shears and cut them so everything is uniform is size and easier to eat :)
