Easy Trader Joe’s Pizza with Balsamic Glaze
This Trader Joe’s Pizza is sooooooo easy to make, but can totally pass for weeknight gourmet! This is a perfect “busy-night” dinner with very little prep and a baking time of less than 8 minutes! Mix and match your toppings, too–I give you 4 of my faves below but sky’s the limit!

INGREDIENT NOTES
Pizza Crust: See the packaging below–these are the crusts I always use because they are delish and SUPER easy…no wrestling with raw dough. Plus, they bake in about 5-8 minutes!
Pizza Sauce: Trader Joe’s Pizza Sauce is good, but I usually just use whatever marinara sauce I have in the pantry.

Kid-Friendly
Top your pizza crust with pizza sauce, pepperoni and a sprinkle of oregano or Aglio Olio seasoning!
The “Viral”
This version of the Trader Joe’s pizza went viral on TikTok! Pesto Rosso has been discontinued, but you can use regular pizza sauce, marinara sauce, or vodka sauce.
Spread Trader Joe’s garlic spread over the pizza crust, then spread on your marinara sauce. Add fresh mozzarella, pepperoni, and sun-dried tomatoes. Bake, then top with arugula and balsamic glaze.
Veggie Fajita
This is a great veggie option! Spread pizza crust with pizza sauce, add cheddar and mozzarella cheese, then top with these flavorful fajita veggies! Bake and enjoy.
Unexpected Eggplant
Spread the crust with Trader Joe’s Eggplant Garlic Spread (AMAZING, if you haven’t tried it!). Top with mozzarella cheese and sauteed bell peppers onions. Bake. Then finish with lots of fresh basil.

Easy Trader Joe’s Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 Trader Joe's pre-made pizza crust found in the bread/baked goods section
- 1-2 cups pizza sauce or marinara sauce
- 1-1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3-4 slices of prosciutto, chopped into small bite-sized pieces
- 1-2 handfuls of fresh arugula
- balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
- Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Assemble Pizza: Spread pizza sauce or marinara in an even layer over the crust. Sprinkle on mozzarella cheese and small pieces of prosciutto.
- Bake: Bake in a 400° oven for 5-8 minutes until crust is crispy and cheese is nicely melted. Note: I bake my pizza right on the oven rack. No baking sheet needed!
- Finish: Top the pizza with fresh arugula and drizzle with lots of balsamic glaze!
