Trader Joe's Meal Plan #4.

Beef Bulgogi Noodle Stir Fry

This recipe is such a stir-fry hack! It’s ready in 10 minutes and uses the amazing TJ’s squiggley noodles!

Optional side dishes: None really needed but sometimes I like to serve this with cut up cucumbers and tomato slices.

Sausage and Gnocchi Skillet

This recipe is hearty, delicious, and perfect in every way….and only uses 6 ingredients!

Optional side dishes: This dish is perfect on it’s own, but a simple arugula salad is good if you want more veg 🙂

Cheeseburger Bowls

I make this recipe just to have an excuse to use TJ’s Magnifisauce! This is like a deconstructed cheeseburger and super easy to make!

Optional side dishes: none needed!

Chicken Tikka Masala

The TJ’s Chicken Tikka Masala Curry Sauce is about as good as they come for pre-made sauces! We love it! This 4 ingredient recipe could not be easier.

Optional side dishes: TJ’s garlic naan (freezer section), cucumber/tomato

Easy Bruschetta Chicken Pasta

I’m addicted to the TJ’s bruschetta sauce! Of course, it’s good to make bruschetta but it’s also a perfect, light pasta sauce! Here is a quick recipe that we do a lot–depending on the week, I usually grab TJ’s precooked grilled chicken or cook up my own. I’ve also used Italian sausage.

Ingredients

1lb. pasta (your choice!)
1 lb. cooked chicken (TJ’s grilled chicken is a great, easy option)
2 14.5 oz. containers TJ’s bruschetta sauce (drain most of the excess liquid)
1/2-1 cup parmesan cheese (my favorite is TJ’s Parmigiano Reggiano)
A few generous shakes of TJ’s Aglio Olio seasoning

Instructions

  • Cook your pasta to al dente according to package instructions (you want it slightly undercooked). Drain and return the pasta back to the pan. Set the pan over LOW heat.
  • Add containers of bruschetta sauce and chicken. Stir to combine. Heat for a few minutes until everything is warmed through. Add in the parmesan and a few big shakes of Aglio Olio seasoning and serve!

Optional side dishes: A simple salad or garlic bread
