    Trader Joe’s Lunch Options

    These are all designed for busy, on-the-go people! There is very little (if any) prep, and you can also make these meals ahead and pack them for an easy lunch.

    • Option 1: Trader Joe’s bagged salad of your choice, frozen grilled chicken strips, dressing of choice.
    • Option 2: Egg Roll Bowl (this one you can prep ahead in about 10 minutes and have enough for 2-3 days)
    • Option 3: Shawarma Chicken Bowls (prep ahead in less than 20 minutes!)
    • Option 4: Trader Joe’s pre-made frozen option (my personal faves: chicken tikka masala, Cuban Citrus Garlic Bowl)
    • Option 5: Dinner leftovers (gotta have at least one easy leftover day!!)
