10 EASY TRADER JOE’S DINNERS (WHEN YOU DON’T WANT TO COOK!)
1. Crockpot Meatball Subs
These crockpot meatball subs are one of my favorite easy meals! There’s hardly any prep or hands-on time–gotta love that! Serve it up with tater tots or a green salad. You can also swap the hoagie rolls for pasta for spaghetti and meatballs! What really takes this over the top is a generous amount of TJ’s Aglio Olio Seasoning!
2. Easy Beef Bulgogi Bowls
If you haven’t tried Trader Joe’s Beef Bulgogi, you’re missing out! It’s super flavorful and cooks up in about 10 minutes. Use prechopped veggies for these bowls to save yourself chopping time!
3. Egg Roll Bowl
Need an easy, protein and veggie-packed meal?? Look no further than this Easy Trader Joe’s Egg Roll Bowl! This easy meal uses only FIVE ingredients and comes together in less than 15 minutes! Pair with rice, or enjoy on it’s own or wrapped in lettuce leaves for a light weeknight dinner!
4. “Flatbread” Pizza
This Trader Joe’s Pizza is sooooooo easy to make, but can totally pass for weeknight gourmet! This is a perfect “busy-night” dinner with very little prep and a baking time of less than 8 minutes! Mix and match your toppings, too–I give you 4 of my faves below but sky’s the limit!
5. Bruschetta Chicken
This Trader Joe’s Bruschetta Chicken only uses 5 main ingredients, but is bursting with flavor! It’s a light and healthy meal when served with a green salad. Or, serve it over pasta or rice. Either way, you’ll love how this dish will be on your table in about 15 minutes!
6. Beef Bulgogi Noodle Stir Fry
Whenever I’m craving a stir fry, this Trader Joe’s Beef Bulgogi and Noodle Stir Fry is my super easy go-to! Most stir-fries require lots of prep time and chopping — not this one! There is hardly ANY prep involved and it’s ready in about 10 minutes!
7. Orange Chicken + Fried Rice
No brainer, right? However, you can take it to the next level with this simple sauce hack:
While the chicken is cooking, heat the sauce in a small saucepan. Add a few teaspoons of soy sauce, a nice big tablespoon of Crunchy Chili Onion, and a tinyyyyy drizzle of sesame oil! Pour over the orange chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Instant upgrade!
8. Ravioli Chicken Parmesan
You’ll be shocked that the “secret ingredient” in this Ravioli Chicken Parmesan is…chicken nuggets! I know it sounds weird but it works SO WELL! My family loved this dish and it’s done in about 30 minutes!
9. Chicken Ranch Wrap
Chicken, cheese, avocado, and a tangy sauce are wrapped in a tortilla and “grilled” for a few minutes so each bite is crispy and delicious! This crispy chicken wrap is perfect for busy weeknights and eating on the go!
10. Olive Tapenade Pasta
This Trader Joe’s Olive Tapenade Pasta is a simple take on the Italian version of “pasta puttanesca” ~ a savory, tomato-based pasta made with olive oil, olives, capers, garlic…what’s not to love?! This pasta dish is super easy to make and works well as a side dish with fish or chicken, or perfect as a stand-alone pasta meal!
