SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DIP PASTA
You won’t believe how easy it is to make this creamy, delicious pasta! All you need are a few ingredients and about 25 minutes to make this VIRAL spinach and artichoke dip pasta!
TURKEY MEATBALL SUBS
These are a hit at my house–I love how you can make them in the crockpot!
Optional Side Dish(es): Trader Joe’s salad kit, french fries/tater tots, steamed broccoli
TURKEY CHILI SWEET POTATOES
These Turkey Chili Sweet Potatoes are a protein+ nutrient-packed meal! It’s super simple and easy to customize based on everyone’s favorite toppings! You can use regular potatoes, too 🙂

GRILLED CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD
I love doing “salad night” once a week just to lighten things up a bit. My salads can never be boring, though!! This Ceasar salad is quick and simple, but pleases everyone!
Ingredients
1 package of romaine lettuce hearts, chopped
8 oz. Trader Joe’s Grilled Chicken Strips (frozen section)
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 bottle Trader Joe’s Romano Ceasar dressing or Vegan Caesar dressing
1/2 bag of croutons (use whatever flavor you like!)
Instructions
- Heat up the grilled chicken strips in the microwave or in a skillet, according to package instructions. Allow the chicken to cool for a few minutes.
- While the chicken is heating, place lettuce, tomatoes, and croutons in a large bowl. Add the chicken, toss with dressing, and enjoy!
Optional Side Dish(es): Crusty baguette
PIZZA SOUP
This soup is perfect all on it’s own or with a delicious grilled cheese! It could not be easier to make and leftovers are amazing for lunch!
Ingredients
1 32oz. container Trader Joe’s Creamy Tomato Soup
1 package Trader Joe’s party-sized meatballs (small)
2 tbsp Trader Joe’s Pizza Sprinkle Seasoning Blend
1-2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 bag croutons (use leftovers from Caesar salad!)
Basil, for serving
Instructions
- Add soup and meatballs to a medium-sized pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add pizza seasoning and stir well.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes until meatballs are warmed through.
- Ladle soup into bowls and top with cheese, croutons, and fresh basil!
Optional side dish(es): Crusty baguette (use leftovers from Ceasar salad day!)
