INGREDIENT NOTES
Bruschetta Sauce: This sauce is found in the cold fridge near the dips/hummus, etc. I prefer this one over their shelf-stable jarred bruschetta sauce in the pasta aisle.
Aglio Olio Seasoning: I SWEAR by this seasoning, but if you don’t have it, just season up your chicken with salt/pepper and a little oregano.

Trader Joe’s Bruschetta Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts If they are large, I like to pound them out so they cook evenly (and quickly!)
- 1 14.5 oz. container of Trader Joe's Bruschetta sauce
- 1-2 tsp Aglio Olio seasoning see more uses for this amazing seasoning here!
- 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Trader Joe's balsamic glaze
- fresh basil
- olive oil
Instructions
- Prep: Pound chicken breasts to even thickness, if needed. Season chicken with aglio olio seasoning.
- Cook Chicken: In a large skillet (preferably with a lid-See Note 1) heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Add Bruschetta: Add large spoonfuls of the bruschetta sauce to the top of each chicken breast. Then, add a sprinkle of cheese to each chicken breast. Cover the pan for a minute or so until the cheese melts.
- Finish: Uncover the pan and transfer the chicken to plates or a serving dish. Drizzle the chicken generously with balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with fresh basil. Enjoy!
