EASY TRADER JOE’S BREAKFAST IDEAS
1. Egg and Mini Pepper Scramble
My breakfast nearly every single day! It takes me about 5 minutes– I just scramble the TJ’s mini peppers, in with my eggs. Season with Aglio Olio seasoning, and top with salsa or Guacasala!
I literally look forward to this every day when I wake up!
2. Egg bites
It doesn’t get easier than this! Warm them for about a minute in the microwave and you have a nice, protein-rich breakfast.
3. Fruit and Greens Smoothie
Get your greens in by blending a cup of this mixture with milk of your choice (or water)! You can also blend it up and mix it with Greek yogurt for more protein.

4. Whole Grain Waffle + Almond Butter
These are delish and even my kids approve!
5. Egg and Swiss Fritatta
Don’t worry, you don’t taste the cauliflower 🙂 Enjoy these on their own or put them on an English muffin and make a breakfast sandwich.
6. Egg Wraps with Cheese
These egg wraps are great for low-carb’ers! Make it savory and add cheese and/or veggies or make it sweeter by adding nut butter or Nutella!
7. Hard Boiled Eggs
Nothing is quicker than this! Two of these pre-hardboiled eggs sprinkled with Aglio Olio or Everything Bagel seasoning is an easy, high-protein kick for your morning.
8. Cottage Cheese and Frozen Fruit
If you don’t want to be bothered with cutting fresh fruit in the morning, frozen fruit is a quick and easy option!
9. Overnight Oats
I love overnight oats but let’s just say I’m not the best at remembering to make them the night before! Never fear–have a few of these Trader Joe’s overnight oats on hand and you’ll get a hearty breakfast without having to remember a thing!
10. Silver Dollar Pancakes + Peanut Butter
I love these little things! Spread them with peanut butter for a little protein and pair with apple slices for a healthy little breakfast!
11. Chia Bowl
Put these tropical “bowls” in the fridge the night before OR if you forget, you can microwave them really quickly in the morning. Super yummy!
12. English Muffin with Sausage and Cheese
These round chicken sausage patties fit perfectly onto an English muffin! Add an egg and a slice of cheese and it’s the world’s easiest breakfast sandwich!
13. Ube Mochi Pancakes
Coming from someone who doesn’t like Ube, these are SO GOOOODDDD!!! I like to make a batch on Sunday and warm them in the microwave in the morning. Top with cottage cheese or Greek yogurt for extra protein.
14. Oatmeal
Can you go wrong??!! This “frozen” oatmeal can be made in minutes and topped with maple syrup, fruit, or your favorite oatmeal toppings.

Super easy, high in protein, and delishhhh!!!!!
16. Gluten-Free Muffins
No one in my house is gluten-free but everyone is OBSESSED with these muffins! These cinnamon coffee cake ones are great with your morning coffee, but my all-time favorite flavor is strawberry (seasonal).
17. Pre-Made Smoothie
Grab and go! These shakes actually taste good and you can drink them on the run.
18. Coconut Date Bars
These bars are SO BOMB! They made it onto my 55 Best Things to Buy list! Great for an afternoon snack, too…they taste like a brownie but without all the refined sugar.
19. Granola Bites and Greek Yogurt
These granola bites are great to throw in your purse for a snack, but I really like them mixed with plain Greek yogurt and a drizzle of honey!
20. Cracked Wheat Sourdough + Guacamole + Everything Bagel
Avocado toast! This chunky Greek yogurt guac is pretty awesome, too, and makes your avocado toast so easy to make in the morning!
21. Crumpet + Jam
If you haven’t tried TJ’s crumpets, you’re missing out!!! They are sooooo amazing — toast them up and spread with jam…enjoy them with your coffee or tea – pinkies up!
