Beef Bulgogi Bowls
Trader Joe’s Beef Bulgogi (found in the “freezer” case) is my current FAVORITE Trader Joe’s item! It’s super flavorful and cooks up in minutes. These bowls are super simple but drizzled with an addictive sriracha mayo!
You can also make these Beef Bulgogi Wraps and this Beef Bulgogi Stir Fry!
Optional side dishes: Some TJ’s dumplings or some edamame would be nice, but no sides are really needed with this dish!


Roasted Corn Ranch Tacos
Jazz with regular tacos with these roasted corn and ranch tacos! These tacos have two secret ingredients: Ranch dressing and Trader Joeโs Roasted Corn! This is one of hubbyโs top meals right now โ he may or may not have been caught eating leftovers as a โdipโ with tortilla chips! (Genuis, BTW!)
Optional side dishes: Chips and pico de gallo, black beans or TJ’s Spanish style rice!


Shaved Beef Philly Cheesesteak
Who doesnโt love a big ooey, gooey, cheesy bite of a Philly cheesesteak?? These arenโt just ANY Philly cheesesteaksโthey are TRADER JOEโS Philly Cheesesteaks! That means we take a little help from TJโs to make this incredibly flavorful, yet quick and easy, dinner classic. You wonโt believe how easy this is to make!
Optional side dishes: TJ’s tater tots, TJ’sbagged salad of choice, tossed green salad


Lobster Bisque Pasta
This *viral* Trader Joeโs Lobster Bisque Pasta recipe really lives up to the hype! Itโs creamy, decadent, and requires MINIMAL effort! Does it get much better than that?! This Trader Joeโs pasta dish is perfect for date night and easy enough for EVERY night!
Optional side dishes: A simple green salad.


Trader Joe’s Chicken Fried Rice with Egg
TJ’s fried rice is a little bit bland on it’s own in my opinion but that doesn’t mean you can;t jazz it up for a super quick and easy meal!
Cook rice to package directions. Then stir in 1-2 tbsp soy sauce or teryaki sauce + 1-2 tablespoons of TJ’s Crunchy Chili Onion. Top with a nice fried egg, if you like and NOW it’s a meal!
Optional side dishes: A side of TJ’s potstickers or dumplings would be perfect!
