This Trader Joe's Chicken Ranch Wrap might be my new favorite quick and easy dinner idea! Chicken, cheese, avocado, and a tangy sauce are wrapped in a tortilla and "grilled" for a few minutes so each bite is crispy and delicious! This crispy chicken wrap is perfect for busy weeknights and eating on the go!
3cupsTrader Joe's Grilled Chicken or "Just Chicken" strips, choppedany leftover chicken works great, too!
1/4cupTrader Joe's Buttermilk Ranchor your favorite ranch dressing
1/4cupTrader Joe's Chunky Garlic and Jalapeno Sauceor BBQ sauce
3cupsMonterey jack or cheddar cheese
2ripe avocados, diced
410 inchtortillasor similar size
olive oil or cooking spray
Instructions
Make chicken filling: In a medium bowl, add chicken, ranch, hot sauce/BBQ sauce, and cheese. Mix well to combine.
Fill tortillas: Microwave each tortilla for about 10-15 seconds to make them more pliable. Lay each tortilla flat and add about ¾ cup of the chicken filling. Sprinkle on your diced avocado. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly.
Heat the Wraps: Heat a skillet to medium-low. Brush each wrap on both sides with olive oil or spritz with cooking spray. Place each wrap in the skillet (I like to use a large skillet and cook at least 2 wraps at a time). Brown the wraps for about 3 minutes on each side until crisp and browned on the outside. Make sure the heat is on medium-low so the cheese has a chance to melt. Cut in half and serve!
