Need an easy, protein and veggie-packed meal?? Look no further than this Easy Egg Roll Bowl! This easy Trader Joe's meal uses only FIVE ingredients and comes together in less than 15 minutes! Pair with rice, or enjoy on it's own or wrapped in lettuce leaves for a light weeknight dinner!
Brown Meat: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook turkey for 3-4 minutes until cooked through and no longer pink. Pro Tip: Use a potato masher during the last minute of cooking to get the meat broken up nice and fine.
Add: Add ginger and garlic and cook one minute more. Then, add the bag of slaw and stir until everything is well combined. Cook 1-2 minutes until cabbage is slightly soft.
Finish: Stir in Soyaki sauce and cook until heated through. Top with scallions and serve over rice, if you like!
