These charcuterie nachos are the ultimate, unique party snack! They combine everything you love on a charcuterie board -- piled on crispy kettle chips. The melty cheese, cured meats, and some sweet and savory toppings pair perfectly with wine and gabbing with girlfriends! I'll provide you with the "base" recipe, and lots of ideas to mix and match and make it your own!
Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean up.
Layer chips: Spread chips over the baking sheet in an EVEN layer.
Layer: Layer on cheese(s) and meat(s), making sure all the chips are covered with cheese.
Bake: Bake for 6-8 minutes until cheeses are melted.
Top: Drizzle or dollop on your sweet ingredients, then top with fresh toppings. Serve right away.
Notes
Make and measure with your heart! This is NOT a fussy recipe! Use the cheese, meat, and toppings that you love or have on hand. You won't mess it up, I promise!
Use two cheeses: Use one melty cheese one cheese with some "personality." Sharp white cheddar + brie is my go-to combo!
Good coverage: Make sure all the chips have cheese coverage! LOL! If you have a lot of chips, consider doing one light layer of chips, then covering that layer with cheese. Then do another light layer on top, and cover with the remaining cheese.
Make ahead tip: You can layer the chips, cheese and meat about 30-60 minutes ahead of time. Then when your guests arrive (or you get hungry!), pop it into the oven!
