Easy Homemade Fajita Sauce {Fajita Marinade}

This easy homemade fajita sauce is made with a delicious blend of olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, and simple seasonings that you likely already have in your spice cabinet. It's an easy and versatile fajita marinade that will instantly add flavor to burritos, nachos, tacos, salads, and more!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked paprika is best!)
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

Instructions
 

  • Combine & Mix: In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together.
  • Use or Store: Pour over 1-2lbs. of protein (beef, chicken, fish, etc) or store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Note: If you skip the minced garlic, you can keep it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Makes about 1/2 cup sauce/marinade which is enough to marinate 1-2 lbs of meat.
