– sweet rolls, like Kings Hawaiian Rolls  – eggs – milk – American cheese  – thinly sliced ham – shredded cheese  – butter – honey – salt/pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. In a large pan, scramble your eggs and set aside.

Cut Hawaiian rolls in half. Do your best to keep them all together, but it’s fine if some of them come apart. Then, layer on cheese slices and scrambled eggs.

Layer on your ham and sprinkle with top with shredded cheese. Then, in a small bowl, microwave butter and honey for 15-20 seconds until melted.

Place the tops back on, and brush with melted butter. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is nice and melty.
