Easy Tortilla Pizza | Toaster Oven Method

Making tortilla pizzas in the toaster oven could not be easier. Be sure to bake it right on the wire rack for maximum crispiness!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 8 inch flour tortilla
  • 1/4 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese see notes
  • basil and parmesan for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat toaster oven to 425 degrees.
  • Assemble your tortilla pizza directly on the toaster oven's wire rack. Add sauce, cheese and toppings (see notes).
  • Bake for 6-7 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Cut into wedges and serve!

Notes

  • When you add the cheese, add any other toppings at this time as well. Just try not to load the pizza with too many toppings or it will be harder for the tortilla to get crispy.
