"This is amazing! I love an easy, tasty dish that my family will gobble up and leave no leftovers – perfect!
STEP 1: Make the quick and easy sour cream sauce (recipe below).
STEP 2: Stir together diced chicken, taco seasoning, sour cream and 1/2 cup of cheese.
STEP 3: Fill tortillas with a heaping 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture. Roll tightly.
STEP 4: Repeat w/all tortillas. Place seam-side down in a large baking dish.
STEP 5: Cover with sour cream enchilada sauce.
STEP 6: Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly!
