Quick & Easy Creamy Tacos

Brown beef in a large skillet. I love using a potato masher to get the meat nice and fine!

Add in low sodium taco seasoning and stir to combine.

Add diced tomatoes with chilies and Velveeta cheese.

Cook 6-7 minutes until cheese is completely melted and mixture begins to thicken a bit.

Spoon meat mixture onto flour tortillas and top with your favorite taco toppings.
