Perfect  Chili con Carne

Brown up your ground beef in a large pot or dutch oven.

Add in onion and cook a few minutes more.

Add tomatoes, stock, spices and ALL the rest of the ingredients and give everything a big stir. 

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to LOW and simmer chili for about 30 minutes. 

Garnish with all the fixings! Cheese, sour cream, green onions....
