Easy Shrimp  Scampi

Saute garlic and red pepper flakes (red pepper flakes are optional) in butter and olive oil.

Add in bone broth (or stock) and cook 1-2 minutes.

Add shrimp, season with plenty of salt and fresh black pepper and cook 2-4 minutes until just pink. 

Add lemon juice, zest and a bit more butter. Stir and make sure the shrimp are all fully coated in the amazing garlic butter sauce.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately!
