Cook the chicken on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 160-165°F and is fall apart tender (easily shreds with a fork).

Remove the chicken breasts from the slow cooker. Using two forks, shred the chicken. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to coat with the sauce. Serve warm and enjoy.
