WHAT YOU'LL NEED

STEP 1: Cook asparagus in Instant Pot until crisp tender (sauté function).

STEP 2: Add butter, garlic and onion. Cook 2-3 minutes, then add rice.

 STEP 3: Add chicken stock and cook on high pressure for 6 minutes. Allow 5 minutes of natural release.

STEP 4: This is what risotto will look like when the lid comes off!

STEP 5: Stir in half and half, Parmesan, butter, lemon and asparagus.

STEP 6: Stir, stir, stir until creamy!
