This post is all about giving you 10 amazing, but low-calorie drinks and cocktails for the holiday season!
We all love to spread the holiday cheer with eating….and DRINKING!! “Liquid calories” can definitely get the best of us during this time and set us WAY back on our health and fitness!
These indulgences give us A LOT to make up for come January!
To try to combat this, I put together a list of delicious low-calorie holiday drinks cocktails for ya! Just because they are “low calorie” doesn’t mean you can drink 10 of them!
However, I am putting out these options so you can indulge in a little drink this holiday season with a little less guilt. Here we go!
#1 Vodka + La Croix/Sparkling Water (about 100 calories)
1.5 ounces of vodka has about 100 calories. La Croix has none #dothemath. Top it off with a squeeze of citrus and you are good to go! You can use any flavored seltzer water, of course. My current fave is the Polar Ice brand in Cranberry Lime which is perfect for this drink!

#2 Skinny Cosmo (about 100 calories)
3 oz. cranberry juice
1 oz. raspberry vodka
Squeeze of lime
Ice
*Add ingredients to a shaker cup, shake well, and let the party begin! Garnish with fresh cranberries if you like!

#3 Tipsy Arnold Palmer (about 100 calories)
Juice of 1 lemon
3 oz. water
1 teaspoon Stevia (to taste)
3 oz. of brewed tea
1.5 oz. vodka
Mint springs, optional for garnish
Ice
*Mix first four ingredients. Add vodka and pour over ice. Stir. Garnish with mint. Don’t try to play golf after this 🙂
#4 Skinny Pina Colada (about 100 calories)
1/4 cup light coconut milk
1/2 tsp. coconut extract (optional)
1 oz. light rum
1/2 cup canned pineapple with juice OR fresh pineapple
Ice
*Place ingredients in a blender and blend well. Vacation time!!!!!!!

#5 Strawberry Daiquiri (about 70 calories)
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 tbsp. lime juice (or more to taste)
1.5 oz. light rum
1 teaspoon Stevia (to taste)
Ice
*Throw it all in a blender and let the good times roll.

#6 Cranberry-Lime “Margarita” (about 100 calories)
12 oz. lime sparkling water (such as La Croix)
1.5 oz. tequila
1/4 cup low sugar cranberry juice
Juice of fresh lime
Ice
*Shake all ingredients with ice; garnish with fresh cranberries and salt if you like.

# 7 Cranberry Pomegranate Champagne (about 100 calories)
4 oz. chilled champagne or Proseco
1/4 cup light cranberry juice
Pomegranate seeds to garnish
*Mix champagne together with cranberry juice and garnish with pomegranate seeds.

# 8 Pomegranate Mojito (about 120 calories)
1/3 cup light pomegranate juice
1 oz light rum
1/2 teaspoon Stevia (more to taste)
Juice of a lime (to taste)
1/2 cup champagne or Prosecco
5-10 Mint leaves
* Crush mint leaves in the bottom of a shaker along with the Stevia and lime juice. Add pomegranate juice, rum and ice and shake well. Top with champagne.

#9 Skinny Girl Bloody Mary (about 120 calories)
1.5 ounces SkinnyGirl Cucumber Vodka
3/4 cup tomato juice
Splash of lemon juice
*Stir everything together and add a dash of Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and/or celery salt to taste! Garnish with a pretty celery stalk.

# 10 Wine (4 oz glass = 100 calories)
Red wine obviously has some great health benefits, but since we are talking calories, a (small) glass of red or white will run you about 100 calories…not too shabby but those calories add up FAST, and remember 4 oz. is **NOT** a generous pour!
